No one wants to get a root canal…. But I had to have one and they made it so comfortable. From the front desk staff tot he assistant and doctors. Very thorough explaining the steps in a very relaxed and calming manner. Communication was outstanding with texts and pre-authorization for expected payment. I visited the Blacklick location, and the entire staff — from the front desk to the assistants, doctors, and checkout team — was extremely friendly and kind. It is not a place anyone necessarily looks forward to visiting, but they do everything they can to make sure you feel comfortable while you are there. Dr. Susi was amazing from the beginning of the process all the way through the end. I highly recommend them if you ever need a root canal.

I was referred to Columbus Endodontic Specialists by my dentist for a root canal. At 61 years of age, this was my first root canal and I was a little apprehensive. Dr Magness was amazing and very calming. I felt no pain and no discomfort. The whole staff was wonderful. Hopefully no more root canals in my future, but If I do need one, I know where I'll be going.

Dr. Louis Susi and his assistant Kisha were absolutely wonderful. They made me feel so comfortable. I had a root canal done and this by far was the most painless experience I ever experienced. The whole staff including the receptionist were absolutely lovely and very helpful! I recommend this this place wholeheartedly!

Our experience with this office was amazing! They helped me schedule easily and get an appt quickly for my 95 yr old father. The doctor was amazing and even followed up with a call a couple days later to ensure things were going well with him. They really put my mind at ease for the care they provided.

I was in need of a root canal surgery on a problematic tooth and was referred to Columbus Endodontics. The surgery was performed by Dr. Bukhari and her assistant and was handled flawlessly. Dr Bukhari explained up front how she was going to proceed, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Afterwards, she discussed the outcome with me and possible future options. The procedure was completely painless and handled with care. I highly recommend. Hats off to Dr. Bukhari and her assistant! Also, the staff was excellent. They handled my insurance carrier with ease, and the general office appearance was commendable.

Dr Bukhari performed a root canal on a problematic tooth with 3 canals and a bit of bone decay below the tooth. She clearly explained the procedure beforehand and during it. Afterward she explained what I might expect upon follow-up with my dentist. The procedure was completely painless and she is quite competent at her craft. The office was spotless. Additionally, all of the staff were excellent and they dealt seamlessly with my insurer.

Columbus Endodontic Specialist is a great place to take care of your teeth. They are timely, efficient, and friendly. Dr. Magness was kind and attentive. I was very nervous, but he explained every step and stayed engaged with me during the 45-minute procedure. Post-procedure I am feeling fine as promised. Thank you for everything.

Although my tooth was hurting and I was dreading going to see the endodondist, when I arrived I was met by such professionalism and caring people I was immediately put at ease. They talked me through every step of the process and were very reassuring the entire appointment. I have nothing but positive things to say about Rocky (the dental assistant) and Dr. Stentz. I received wonderful care and highly recommend this office. Thank you for putting this chicken patient at ease!

Nobody likes dental work being done on them. When you have to have it done, THIS IS the place to go. I knew ahead what my insurance would cover and how much I would be responsible for. Every single step was explained and sometimes shown to me (those before & after 3D X-rays are really amazing)! The entire place, including the bathroom, was clean and inviting. I would recommend them to everyone!!

Dr. Susi was the best!! His focus was to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with his work. He was very thorough yet still very attentive to my needs. He even personally called and checked on me the next day. I hope I never need another root canal but if I do, I would definitely go back to Dr. Susi.

I was so nervous upon arrival but I was greeted with a smile and very warm welcome. I was made to feel as if I was family and that’s hard to come by. I would recommend this practice to everyone who has a fear of root canals! The doctor and his staff are freaking awesome and I am not exaggerating. I was in and out in an hour with no pain no needle after needle to make sure I was numb enough! The doc knows his stuff!!! The staff was top notch and I left without a hole in my wallet!!! I was referred to Columbus Endodontic Specialists, by my regular dentist for 2 appointments, (years apart.) The office is very clean and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and I appreciate them for making me feel comfortable and very relaxed for my appointments. Dr. Susi does an amazing job and I appreciate the education he gives for the procedure he will be performing, along with what he has done once the work is complete. Of course no one really wants teeth problems, but I didn't feel a thing and my recovery time was a breeze. I was apprehensive going to a new location when my dentist referred me to Columbus Endodontic Specialist. My dentist is excellent reducing my anxiety by talking me through any procedures I have done. From the time I called this office to schedule an appointment to the time I walked out I experienced complete professionalism with friendly staff to the Dr.! That goes a long way in calming your nerves!!! Dr. Magness also talked me through every step constantly checking on my comfort level. He completely answered all of my many questions!! He sent all the info. my dentist needed directly to him eliminating me from misinterpreting details! I would definitely return for any services I needed outside my dentist area of work.
