This past Saturday I had a root canal performed by Dentist Louis Susi. He and his associate who helped him were awesome! I heard that Dentist Susi was the best at this and he proved that is true. He calmed me down and explained everything along the way, always making sure that I was comfortable and in no pain. He is a brilliant dentist and I am grateful for him coming in on a Saturday to help me with a painful tooth. Thank you and God bless!!

Did a root canal. I was very apprehensive. Turns out I endured minimal discomfort with no real pain and was out and about from my appointment quickly forgetting I was even at the dentist office earlier that day. Dr. Susi did a great job. Then, (wait for it...), Dr. Susi HIMSELF called me the next day to see how I was doing. He took the time to talk with me a few minute and answered all my questions during our very pleasant chat. Doctor, Patient care as it is suppose to be.

I highly recommend this place. I went in for a root canal. It was very clean and everyone was professional and welcoming. The dentist, Dr. Edmunds, was awesome. He explained everything he was going to do before doing it and what to expect which alleviated my worries. He and the assistant worked so well with each other while performing the procedure. I basically didn’t feel any pain because the dentist made sure I was totally numb before starting. They also had the x-ray up showing before and after results. Another thing I appreciated was that the dentist called to check on how my tooth was doing/feeling a couple of days after. Considering the procedure, overall it was a great experience!

I had a root canal at 7am this morning with Dr. Daniel Stentz. His assistant was Rocky. They were both compassionate and respectful. They put me at ease. Everyone was welcoming from the office staff to the check out. I highly recommend this group. I had a root canal with them a few years ago and they helped me save my tooth. I will continue to use them for all my Endodontic needs. I also have not had anyone numb my areas this smoothly.

“First,do no harm” (Hippocratic Oath). Big kudos to Dr. Edmunds. To start with, he diagnosed me, correctly, that the infection below my old root canal was not a good candidate for treatment. It was better to extract the tooth. No revenue for the dr., but I’m a patient for life. Then, the pain from the tooth next to the extraction would not go away for two weeks. I asked Dr. Edmunds if I should have it treated. He advised me to be patient and give it more time. One week later, the pain completely disappeared and has never come back. Thank you! I wish the dentist that did the root canal many years ago would have been that ethical. Also, a shout out for Ira at the front desk. She is super helpful and a true professional.

Ira who works in front office is wonderful. She was ever so helpful getting me scheduled and also put me on waitlist to get in sooner. Dr Kinnison J Edmunds DDS MS was amazing. Talked me through the entire root canal procedure before starting. Be sure to bring your headsets and music to block out drilling sounds if you're a nervous patient. Highly recommend this practice 🙂

Excellent visit with Dr Magness. My dentist had sent me to look into 3 possible abscesses, but Dr Magness assured me that there was nothing unusual or needing immediate treatment. I very much appreciated the thorough and honest explanation of my X-rays and I would certainly return when I do need treatment. Also, the front office was able to get me in on a day’s notice thanks to a cancellation. Very much appreciated again.

The staff is absolutely great. We have experiences with 2 doctors there, the most recent Dr. Magness and both times we were made to feel comfortable and were totally informed about the procedure.Very impressed that the doctor personally followed up with a phone call to see how I was doing, very impressive. Just a great place to go if you need their services and expertise. If we would need something like this done again, without hesitation, we know where to go. 😀

Columbus Endodontic Specialists are the doctors to see if you need a root canal! Dr. Susi and his staff went above and beyond to get me scheduled when I had a serious issue. They listened to my needs, and were compassionate. Dr. Susi quickly found an issue that two previous dentists and one endodontist did not, and after his treatment my pain was relieved. Everyone there has a great personality, which put me immediately at ease. If you are being referred to an endodontist by your regular dentist, ask about Columbus Endodontic Specialists, and go here if you can.

Great experience with Dr Susi. He explained the root canal process very well and there was no pain whatsoever during the procedure which only took 45 minutes. When I needed a root canal treatment on an urgent basis, the friendly office staff was very helpful in accommodating me on short notice. Dr. Susi was very efficient and informative in performing the procedure. A special shoutout to Dr. Bukhari for being kind and very skilled during some endo therapy several years back.

First root canal was successfully completed with NO DRAMA. Dr. Edmunds was very professional, and calmly explained what he was going to do throughout the entire procedure. Overall, the experience was way better than what I envisioned about root canals - I will say that Dr Edmunds and his staff were a BIG part of that.

I can’t say enough how great my experience was. I know everyone gets nervous for dental procedures, but I have severe anxiety/ panic disorder and haven’t been to the dentist in years because of it. I had to have a root canal and I was absolutely terrified, but I’m so glad I went here for it! Dr. Magness and the rest of the staff were so kind and gentle and really helped calm my nerves. Once they started the procedure I honestly felt so much more relaxed than I ever thought I would. It was painless and as quick as it could be. Thank you!!

Had a great experience. Went in for a root canal and was extremely nervous. Doc. Susi was comforting and professional. Easy to find & park. Friendly staffs. Dr. Daniel Stenz is so gentle in performing the surgery using sophisticated equipment which made it painless. I have been thru 3 root canals & this is the best doctor that performed the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery & even after. His assistant is attentive & friendly.

I was extremely nervous about going that I cancelled the first time. I do have extreme anxiety and became a little anxious at the start. However Dr.Edmunds and his assistant Hayley were exceptional and communicated with me about everything throughout the treatment. I am very thankful and cannot have been provided with a better experience. I’d recommend this practice to anyone. I wish I could have all my dental work done here. My after photos looked gorgeous and Dr.Edmunds is a specialist indeed.

Absolutely great experience! I am a person that is very nervous and fearful about dental work, and Dr. Louis Susi was absolutely wonderful. He was very nice, thorough, quick, and set me at ease. I definitely could tell he knew what he was doing as well as care about people. I can't tell you enough how thankful I am that I had such a positive experience, sincerely. I was referred to this office by Dr. Mary Comic, and had a Root Canal done on tooth #4. I highly recommend this practice and especially Dr. Susi, he seemed a genuine guy. Everyone in the office was very nice too. A lot of times you can get some rude, mean receptionists at Doctor's offices, at least in my experiences! But this environment was different and I appreciate that. Highly recommend especially if you're a Dentist scaredy like me!

The whole visit was outstanding from start to finish. All of the staff that I interacted with was friendly and efficient. Dr. Edmunds was terrific. His exam was thorough. He clearly explained everything he was doing and found. He clearly communicated his recommended treatment in a friendly and efficient manner. I highly recommend Columbus Endodontic Specialists and in particular Dr. Edmunds.

I can't say enough good things about the Dr's and assistants, front office personnel and everyone else in this office. They were all friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, understanding and extremely good at what they do. They work in harmony and that's what makes this office and these people so successful. My hat off to you after all the bad experiences I have had lately I expected the same but wow was I surprised. Thank you so much for the fabulous treatment and the wonderful care you gave to an ex dental assistant who was getting ready to give up on the whole field of dentistry.

Such an amazing experience. They listened to me and any concerns had. On top of that they also made sure I did not feel a thing as my tooth was extremely sensitive going into my root canal. They constantly asked me how I was doing to ensure I was comfortable and felt no pain. 10/10 and I will definitely go back and see Dr. Stentz again. I highly recommend this place, they make the experience so comfortable.

Recently was called that Dr Susi had an opening after my dental appointment was postponed to replace an old crown because on day of appointment it was discovered it needed a root canal along with the crown next to it. Upon arrival both the office ladies were extremely welcoming & knowledgeable as were the assistants in the back. Dr Susi got down to business explaining along the way what was happening. It was the simplest pain free experience ever! I was so happy that I was referred to Dr Susi. Definitely will use his expertise if my family or I need it in the future & will not hesitate to refer any friends in need of endodontic care.

I was a little (maybe a lot) nervous today with my tooth pain on a bad tooth. The check in was easy with the ladies who checked me in and calmed the nerves a bit. Hannah took me back to have X-rays and was great as we talked about Christmas and New Year plans. Dr. Susi was my Doctor and did another exam and gave me multiple options for treatment. The care was great and another visit to come and thank you. - Brian

I had a root canal 12/23 and was very nervous because of the horror stories I've heard. Dr. Magness and his assistant made me feel very comfortable and put me at ease. Every staff person was very professional and friendly. Root canal was PAINLESS !!! I told Dr. Magness if I ever need another one, he must be the one to do it.

This office and all their staff is amazing! From the first phone call to my mom’s procedure, they handled everything so professionally and friendly. I was able to get my mom a same day appointment and Dr. Susi was very nice! The office staff even came outside to help her inside. Would 1000% recommend!

First of all, let me start by saying my husband had found Dr. Stentz to be a kind, caring person who just happens to be a great Endodontist. Just over 2 weeks ago, my husband had 2 upper- right teeth break off at gum level. (both teeth were anchors for a bridge, and Dr. Stentz was the most recent dentist to work on the front -most tooth, it still having the temporary filling in it from a root canal.) When I called his office on my husband’s behalf, I was told (by Dr. Stentz) that they would not have the proper cement to put things back together, and he should see his own dentist. Seemed a bit lame, but anyway, my husband was not seen and had to go several more days before being seen by his regular dentist in Canal Winchester. We didn’t necessarily have a bad experience, they just refused to see him in what was somewhat of an emergency situation. In light of that, I cannot give him a good recommendation at this time.

From scheduling, my interactions with the front desk, the dental assistant, and the doctor... everyone was awesome and super professional! I hate going to the dentist (let alone a root canal) but this visit was great, pain free and comfortable. Dr. Magness was very thorough and explained everything at the beginning, throughout and summarized at the end. I give this visit 5 out of 5 stars.

I had a root canal today and Dr Edmunds was the surgeon. Although root canals are not a pleasurable experience Dr Edmunds made it very comfortable. His bed side manner was impressive. He talked me through the entire procedure and went over in great detail everything he was going to do. This was my fourth root canal and Dr Edmunds was by far the best doctor I have had for this procedure. Thank you Columbus Endodontic Specialists for the great experience.

Read your paperwork!!! I am very pleased with the service provided, but was blindsided by a bill from OSU for a pathology report. My doctor did tell me that they would send tissue in for a biopsy, which I assumed was included in the price they had quoted me. Nothing was said at the front desk when I inquired of the cost of the procedure ahead of time. I communicated to the office that patients should definitely be made aware that there will be an additional (unknown) charge for pathology.

I was a little nervous going into my appointment for a root canal, but Dr. Magness was very thorough explaining to me the entire process before starting anything. It really put me at ease and he was done in less than an hour and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend Dr. Magness to anyone in need of this type of dental work!

Excellent experience. Explain procedures beforehand well and while doing the procedure the Doctor makes sure I'm OK and clearly explains the next step in what he's doing before he does it. They make it as pain free as possible. Great attention to detail. They actually try to make the experience enjoyable (but that's hard to do, LOL)

I have had excellent care at Columbus Endodontic Specialists from both Dr. Louis Susi and Dr. Daniel Magness. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. Both of these doctors are so kind and they discussed all of my options before helping me make my decision. I have seen Dr. Susi several times and he always takes as much time as needed with me. He is gentle and always explains every step of the procedure. Last week I needed an emergency root canal and I had an appointment with Dr. Magness. He was exactly the same way. He discussed everything with me before deciding on the root canal. Once the root canal was started, he always checked to make sure I was doing okay and explained everything as he proceeded. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs an endodontist.

I had to have an emergency root canal. The Office was attentive, got me in earlier than my designated time. The dental assistant was very nice, caring and supportive. Dr. Magness was very kind, gentle, caring and attentive. He listened to my concerns, my questions and took the time to answer them. He then walked me through every part of the process which made the experience the best it possibly could be for the situation. Lastly, knowing I was holistic, he prescribed me a non narcotic antibiotic. Thank you Dr. Magness and staff for all you have done.

The lady at the front desk was fabulous, Tiffany, she knew I was nervous, but she assured me I was in good hands, the dental assistant explained everything to me what he was doing, Rocky thank you! I was very anxious to have my first ever root canal done. The staff was very nice and answered my initial questions when I made my appointment which calmed my fears some, and then Dr. Edmunds and Rocky were amazing! Cannot thank this office enough. I was able to schedule a needed appointment quickly. every staff member with whom I came into contact was kind and professional . The endodontist explained everything in detail . I would highly recommend this very professional and office to anyone who needs endodontic treatment.

Went in for a root canal and the procedure was performed on time and with minimal discomfort. They were training a new dental assistant during the procedure and it was actually interesting hearing the description of the process and various instruments used. Dr. Susi took time to clearly explain follow up meds and when to take them. Also, really appreciated Dr. Susi's personal call the next day to check how I was doing.

I can't praise Dr. Susi' work enough. He's highly efficient, competent, and incredibly professional. Dr. Susi not only made the procedure quick but also significantly less painful. My recovery was surprisingly fast, making the entire experience very positive. I highly recommend Dr. Susi for a dental work.

Unfortunately I have needed two root canals in the past three weeks. Dr Magness and staff have been so kind and reassuring. I hate any dental procedures but they made it as comfortable as possible. The front office staff also contacted me to talk through instructions about dealing with pain before our vacation. I appreciated the extra time taken and prompt help when I was worried about leaving town. Thank you for being so helpful and caring!

I love Dr. Susi, he explains everything until you understand. His mannerisms are much more compassionate than any Dentist I’ve had. He really cares. His staff are such beautiful people. They care also and don’t mind you calling them for anything. I will reach out to everyone I know who needs a root canal. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great staff and dentists. The office is welcoming and very comfortable. The dentists are professional and show authentic interest in the patient and their concerns. Dr Susi is easy to talk with and was very professional. A nice touch was his walking me out to the front desk after the appointment. A very nice gesture that I observed with him and the other dentists too.

I was very anxious about getting a root canal and came to this office as a referral. Dr.Stenz and Rocky worked as a team and I experienced a calming presence. The assistant Rocky let me hold his hand while I tried to calm down and let the nitrous oxide take affect. They waited until I was ready. If needed I will go back to this group.

Staff was wonderful!! Rocky, Dr. Stentz’s assistant did a great job making me feel at ease, comfortable before, during and after the procedure. I was worried about having a root canal, especially with all of the horror stories you get to hear prior to having your first one. Well, I have to say, you can kick all of those worries and stories out the door ! Dr. Susi explained the procedure very well and then flawlessly executed said procedure. Columbus Endodontic Specialist did a absolutely wonderful job with my first root canal! I was very nervous overall but the staff was very comforting. Dr. Magness and his assistant Jillian was amazing the procedure was painless and fast! I recommend this office to anyone in need of endodontic treatment!

I went in for a root canal and Dr. Magness was incredible. He assured me that I would be completely numb as I was nervous about getting my first root canal. He didn’t want me to be uncomfortable and gave me as much numbing as I needed. In fact, I have another root canal that I need done and am excited for him to do it. This place is 10/10

I was so anxious to go. I hate having my teeth worked on! By the time Dr. Magnus started, I was relaxed and numbed sufficiently. The procedure was painless. Throughout the process, Dr. Magnus would ask if I was ok. The procedure didn’t hurt. I did have a fair amount of pain on day 1 (it was my eye tooth), but Dr. Magnus called to check on me. He ordered a antibiotic for me. That and ibuprofen have made it feel so much better! Great Dr., great communication, great practice!

The receptionist was amazing in making me feel relaxed. She's so friendly and professional with great bedside manners. I can say Dr Susi was one gentle endodontist I ever met. Very caring and Friendly too. Amazing team they have over there. I'm glad to have chosen them for this procedure. Very clean office too.

Dr. Saadia Bukhari was amazing! She knocked out a root canal that was absolutely the most painful thing in the world. She kept me informed through out the procedure, made sure I was comfortable, and had me out way quicker than she estimated. A top notch doctor! On top of that the customer service from your front staff is second to none. They were helpful, welcoming, and warm. I hope I don't need to come see you all again for anything extreme but if I do I know I'm in good hands!

Everyone was so kind and reassuring. The office is very welcoming, clean and modern. The receptionist greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was so friendly. Rocky very patiently assisted me with all of the scans and assisted Dr. Susi, who performed my procedure. Their voices were so calm and reassuring during the procedure, which I appreciated so very much. I would highly recommend Columbus Endodontic Specialsts to everyone. They are competent, kind and nice!

Awesome professionalism, personable staff and the environment was clean, clean both atmosphere and facilities. Very considerate of my anxieties and put them to rest. Hope not to need to visit again, (root canal) but if so, it will definitely be this professional team. Thx again so much for being in the area!

Dr.Stentz and Rocky made an unpleasant but necessary procedure (root canal) into a low stress and relatively pain free experience for me. Very professional, explained everything they were doing and talked me through the entire procedure. Explained what they were seeing and next steps in the process. Staff is first class, and the facility is modern and very clean. I highly recommend Dr.Stentz.
