Nobody ever wants to have a root canal, but if you find yourself in that situation Dr. Magness is the best! He is kind and caring and explains everything in detail. I highly recommend him. Plus his office staff is also top tier ! Professional, knowledgeable, caring and welcoming. You can’t go wrong here!

I was so nervous upon arrival but I was greeted with a smile and very warm welcome. I was made to feel as if I was family and that’s hard to come by. I would recommend this practice to everyone who has a fear of root canals! The doctor and his staff are freaking awesome and I am not exaggerating. I was in and out in an hour with no pain no needle after needle to make sure I was numb enough! The doc knows his stuff!!! The staff was top notch and I left without a hole in my wallet!!! Please support this team!!! You won’t regret it!!!

I was referred to Columbus Endodontic Specialists, by my regular dentist for 2 appointments, (years apart.) The office is very clean and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and I appreciate them for making me feel comfortable and very relaxed for my appointments. Dr. Susi does an amazing job and I appreciate the education he gives for the procedure he will be performing, along with what he has done once the work is complete. Of course no one really wants teeth problems, but I didn't feel a thing and my recovery time was a breeze. I'd refer all my family and friends if they need any of the services that are provided at Columbus Endodontic Specialist. Thank you for giving me my smile back! 😁

I was apprehensive going to a new location when my dentist referred me to Columbus Endodontic Specialist. My dentist is excellent reducing my anxiety by talking me through any procedures I have done. From the time I called this office to schedule an appointment to the time I walked out I experienced complete professionalism with friendly staff to the Dr.! That goes a long way in calming your nerves!!! Dr. Magness also talked me through every step constantly checking on my comfort level. He completely answered all of my many questions!! He sent all the info. my dentist needed directly to him eliminating me from misinterpreting details! I would definitely return for any services I needed outside my dentist area of work.

I had a root canal on 2/6 with Dr. Edmunds at the Blacklick office. He was very kind and attentive, constantly checking if I was okay or in any pain. He answered all of the questions I had and the procedure went really well despite my high anxiety surrounding dental appointments. Would highly recommend him and this practice to anyone needing a root canal!

Dr. Stentz was amazing! He explained everything in detail and was very patient. He consistently checked in with me to make sure I was doing ok and my overall experience was very positive. This was my second time at this clinic, and each time I had a different provider. I had a great experience both times!

I had an unexpected root canal and the office got me in immediately with Dr. Susi. He was calm, thorough, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire procedure. He explained each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. His bedside manner is outstanding, and the care I received was exceptional. While I hope I won’t need another root canal anytime soon, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Dr. Susi if I do. Highly recommend.

My experience was GRADE A! Rocky and Dr Stentz was absolutely amazing and this is coming from someone who hates getting any dental work done 🥹! They put me at ease and explained the root canal procedure in detail! Fantastic experience and NO PAIN! Thank you both for your expertise and bedside manner!!! Overall, the office was very clean and the staff were kind and friendly! The best part was my final charge for the service was about $200 less than my initial estimate. I highly recommend!

Dr. Susi was able to see me quickly and take care of my tooth pain with a root canal. He listened to my complaint very patiently. Dr. Susi is caring , kind as well as a competent professional. He explained everything as he was working on my tooth. I definitely would recommend him and his office staff.

Dr. Susi was awesome. Came in for first time root canal with a mild case of dental anxiety on the side. Dr. Susi was calm and easy-going, explained everything very clearly and quickly put me at ease. Procedure was totally painless and quick. Office is super clean and up to date + front desk staff were warm and helpful. Also, my actual procedure cost less than what they quoted on the estimate, since my situation didn't actually require an additional procedure, so that was nice and built some trust. Never want to have to go to an endodontist again, but if I do, I'll be coming back here.

I had a root canal with Dr. Bukhari at Columbus Endodontic Specialists and had a really great experience. I was nervous going in, and she helped ease my anxiety by explaining what she was doing as she went. She was kind, thorough, and communicated everything clearly. Her follow-up instructions were also very helpful. The front desk staff and dental assistant were great too, welcoming, efficient, and I was taken back quickly. Highly recommend.

I came in as a new patient with a dental emergency and a lot of anxiety, and Columbus Endodontic Specialists truly went above and beyond. They got me in incredibly quickly, were upfront and honest about pricing, and treated me with so much kindness and patience. I’ve had bad dental experiences in the past, but the staff explained everything step by step, reassured me constantly, and made me feel safe throughout the entire procedure. The dentist and assistant were gentle, compassionate, and efficient, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. I’m so grateful for the care I received here. I can’t recommend them enough — especially if you struggle with dental anxiety.

Excellent service from the front desk, dental assistant, and Dr. Edmunds. My appointment was on time. Dr. Edmunds thoroughly explained the difficult nature of my root canal and showed me his concerns on the Xray. He did not offer a treatment plan that had a high likelihood of failing and rather recommended I proceed with an extraction. I was very happy to not spend a lot of money that might not remedy my problem. I highly recommend this office. I have had several root canals done there previously with excellent results.

I went in to this practice for an evaluation after my dentist detected a possible infected tooth. Dr. Susi diagnosed the issue and recommended a root canal. As it happened they had an opening 2 hours later so I was able to knock all out on a day. The Doctor and staff did a first rate job. A root canal is not much fun but they did a nice job of making it quick and easy .

Yes, some of the dentists appear to be dinosaurs. Don't be afraid. They are NOT aggressive and for some crazy reason they have decided to become specialists in repairing teeth. Obviously, watch out for their tails and don't bring your cat to the office (they might eat it). Nonetheless, they are FANTASTIC professionals. Ever seen Jurassic Park? Imagine that, but with dentists.

I don’t do many reviews unless it’s something really amazing… but I have to say that Dr. Magness is AMAZING! 🙂 So kind and careful and he understands that, “no, I don’t want to be here” haha. But if you do have to get a root canal you should absolutely try to get in with Dr. Magness. And Katie at the front desk bent over backwards to squeeze me in for a kind-of-emergency procedure. It meant so much to me! Especially because there’s just something so awful about that mouth pain… it’s just miserable. I WAS SO THANKFUL! And Sadie Dr. Magness’s assistant was so sweet too. Just a really GREAT office and a great experience (as great as a root canal can be). 😉

I had a root canal done and I was feeling anxious and nervous. Rocky was very good at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. This made the procedure much easier to deal with. Dr Stentz was so gentle and caring while performing this procedure. How I felt going in was 100% better afterwards. Everyone was absolutely amazing! Believe me if I didn’t feel this way there’s no way I’d recommend! Very professional and competent about their business.

Had to get a root canal procedure today, and was definitely not looking forward to it. But from the moment I walked into the facility to the moment I walked out, I was treated very well by all the staff members. And the procedure itself was better than I could have expected due to the experience of the dr. All around great experience for a situation I was originally very worried about.
